PRICING QUESTIONS

The small print,

Is there a contract?

No. It is monthly. Cancel from the Billing page in the app whenever you like. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.

Do I pay more for more customers?

No. Both plans have unlimited customers. The price is the same whether you have 20 customers or 400.

Can the price go up?

Founding members keep £6.99 for as long as they stay subscribed. For anyone else, I'll email you at least 30 days before any change applies to you.

How do I pay?

By card, through Stripe. You are only asked to subscribe when your free month is up.

What happens to my customer list if I leave?

It is yours. You can download all your customers as a spreadsheet at any time.

What if I would rather not set it up myself?

Tap "Do it for me" in the app and send a photo of your diary, notebook or spreadsheet. I'll load it in for you to check. It is free for founding members and £29.00 once for everyone else.
