Regulars that stay put
Set a customer's day and time once: weekly, fortnightly or every so many weeks. Their cleans go into your diary 8 weeks ahead. Skip one when they're on holiday, or move one visit without touching the rest.

Invoices without the evening admin
Tap Mark done and the invoice is made. Send it by WhatsApp, text or email, and see at a glance who still owes you.
Quotes customers can accept
Build a quote from your own prices and send the link. When they tap Accept, they appear on your Today screen so you can give them a slot.
Spot your gaps
See the week at a glance. Lost a regular? One tap writes a "free slot" post for your own Facebook or WhatsApp. If two cleans land on the same time, you get a heads-up.
Get found by new customers
You get your own page in the Sudsbook directory with your logo, prices, the areas you cover and a quote form. Enquiries land in the app. Ask your regulars for a review and it shows on your page. You choose what goes on it.
Make an A4 or A5 flyer, business cards, or a Facebook post from inside the app, each with a QR code to your page. You can see which one brought each enquiry.
Less chasing
If you want, the app can email the invoice when you finish, remind a customer the day before, and send one polite chase when a bill is 3 days overdue. Each email is off until you switch it on. Prefer texting? Ready-written text and WhatsApp reminders for tomorrow's customers are one tap each.
Customers who pay part now and the rest later are covered, and at tax time you can download the year's invoices and payments as spreadsheets for your accountant.
Setting up
About 10 minutes: your business name, logo and prices, then your customers. Type them in, import a spreadsheet, or tap "Do it for me" and send a photo of your diary. I'll load it in for you to check, free for founding members.
What it doesn't do yet
- No staff logins or handing out jobs yet. A Team plan is planned for cleaners with staff.
- No Direct Debit collection yet. You mark invoices paid by cash, transfer or card.
- It isn't in the App Store. It runs in your phone's browser and you can add it to your home screen.
