COMPARISON · CHECKED 28 SEP 2026

Window cleaning software in the UK, compared.

There's no single best app. It depends on whether you work alone, need Direct Debit, or have staff. Here are five UK options, with prices taken from each company's own site.

I make Sudsbook, so I'm not neutral. To keep this fair, every price and feature below comes from that company's own website on 28 Sep 2026, with a link so you can check it. Where I couldn't check something, I've left it out.

Sudsbook

  • Customers due every so many weeks, a due list, and a map to book a whole area onto one day
  • Invoices made when you mark a job done; quotes customers accept from a link
  • A free page in a local directory of cleaners and window cleaners, with a quote form
  • Photo-of-your-round-book setup, free for founding members

What Sudsbook doesn't do yet: Direct Debit collection, staff logins, route optimisation, or an App Store app. More on what it does.

How to choose

  • You want Direct Debit taken automatically: Squeegee and Roundhouse both list GoCardless on their own sites.
  • You have staff out on the round: Roundhouse Team, Squeegee or Surehand all have staff logins. Sudsbook doesn't yet.
  • You work alone and want it simple and cheap: Roundhouse Solo (£7.99 a month), RoundPartner (£10 a month) and Sudsbook are all around £10 a month or less.
  • You'd like someone to load your round in for you: that's included free for Sudsbook founding members.

Most of these have a free trial. Put twenty of your own customers into two of them and see which one you'd still open on a wet Monday.

Coming from Squeegee? Squeegee and Sudsbook side by side.

All product names are trade marks of their owners. Sudsbook isn't connected to any of them.

First 10 cleaners: £6.99 a month, for life

Then it's £9.99. Try it with your own round: first month free, no card, no contract, free setup help.
