Is Sudsbook ready now?
Yes. Founding members can sign up today and start using it straight away. There's no card to enter: your first month is free, and you're only asked to subscribe when it's up.
Do I need a computer?
No. It's built for your phone. It works on a tablet or laptop too if you'd rather do your admin on a bigger screen.
I'm not good with tech. Will I cope?
That's who it's for. Setting up takes about 10 minutes: your name, your logo, your prices, then your customers. If you'd rather not, tap "Do it for me", send a photo of your diary or notebook, and I'll load it all in. That's free for founding members and £29.00 one-off for everyone else.
Is there a contract?
No. Pay monthly and stop whenever you like. Your customer list is yours. You can export your customer list from the app.
I clean windows, not houses. Does it work for me?
Yes. Window rounds work differently, "due every 6 weeks" rather than "every Tuesday at 10". The app handles both. Try the Window cleaner switch in the demo.
Can my customers pay me through it?
You can mark invoices paid by cash, bank transfer or card. Taking Direct Debit automatically is coming as an optional extra for those who want it. You never have to use it.
I have staff. Is there a version for teams?
The Team plan (£24.99 a month) adds staff logins and handing out jobs. It follows the solo version. Tell me on the form and I'll keep you posted.
